What is AWE?
The Asheville Writing Enthusiasts group is dedicated to helping writers improve their writing while helping other writers do the same. The group is led by award-wining author, teacher and AWE Director David Pereda. The group is a regional affiliate of the FWA.
Besides providing a supportive network, our goals include sponsoring an annual writing contest and hosting speakers from the writing and publishing industries.

Who can join?
Anyone who has a sincere interest and passion for writing.
When do you meet?
First and third Saturdays, from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
